Meet Bill Swaringim, Client Relationship Manager since May 2022. Bill’s superpower? Making people feel seen, heard, and connected. Whether he’s championing clients to our team or advocating for our team to clients, he does it all with a mix of professionalism, warmth, and just enough sarcasm to keep everyone on their toes.

Bill’s career began behind the scenes, tinkering with studio production and live audio, a passion that traces back to his church tech roots. Over time, he realized that while soundboards are cool, building relationships is even better. Today, he excels at connecting churches and performance venues with the right solutions, combining technical know-how with a knack for understanding people’s needs.

Born and raised in Missouri, Bill’s personal life is as full as his professional one. He’s been happily married to Teresa for 30 years—a milestone he proudly calls his greatest accomplishment. Together, they’ve raised three daughters and recently became grandparents! Outside of work, Bill doesn’t commit to a single hobby; he prefers short bursts of tinkering, always curious, always exploring.
