Bill's journey into the world of audio and technology began in grade school when he was mentored by the sound system operator at his church. As a preacher's kid, Bill's curiosity about audio and tech was nurtured early on. This foundation led him to pursue formal education in studio production. Bill served in full-time ministry for over two decades.

Bill was part of a pioneering community of worldwide church tech leaders, a formative experience that deepened his understanding of being an effective Technical Director. Bill is much like his spirit animal, the owl, and thrives on connecting people to the solutions they need and helping good people achieve great things.

Aside from the snooze button on his alarm clock, what truly motivates him each morning is the opportunity to make a difference. Bill's favorite moments with clients are when they realize their vision has become a reality, and he catches a blend of gratefulness and relief in their eyes.
