What truly gets Cole going in the morning is the terrifying thought that someone, somewhere, is wrapping an XLR cable around their elbow. Cole's journey into AV technology began at a young age. He navigated the intricacies of the audiovisual universe while running between Front of House and the stage at the portable church plant he grew up attending. One of Cole's favorite memories is moving the same portable church he grew up attending into their first permanent building after over 500 weeks of setup and teardown services. This hands-on experience provided him with ample opportunities to unravel the 512 mysteries of the AV world.

Cole has been in his role for three years at Avenue and has been immersed in the field for over 15 years. In his current position, Cole works on both ends of projects. He ensures that designs will function on the front end and creates documentation for the team to use during project work. On the back end, he commissions and brings the systems to life, ensuring they work as intended. 

Cole's spirit animal is the mongoose, a happy, friendly creature nobody fears—unless you're a snake. His personal catchphrase, "Journey before destination," reflects his philosophy of appreciating the process as much as the outcome. Occasionally, Cole finds himself disappointed in his self-assessed lack of clairvoyant abilities, but our clients love him!
