With expertise across multiple disciplines, Nicholas Rogneby brings a versatile, solutions-driven approach to his work as a Project Engineer, ensuring each project’s unique needs are met with precision and care. Nicholas has a knack for juggling complex projects, coordinating with contractors and clients, and ensuring every system not only works but works beautifully. 

Nicholas joined Avenue in 2022, bringing with him a seriously impressive AV résumé. His past roles have allowed him to do it all—sales, design, programming, installation, commissioning, and even leading the install team. Combine that with his degree in recording and music technology and a stack of certifications that could rival a small library, and you’ve got someone who truly knows his gear.

Nick’s passion for AV integration stems from his lifelong love of music. He finds the industry far more exciting than crunching numbers or writing code, and he thrives on the relationships built along the way—with both coworkers and clients he’s known for years.

Outside of work, Nick’s a devoted husband and dad to two young kids. His hobbies—like hiking, hunting, and enjoying a cold beer (koozie collection included)—now compete with diaper duty, bedtime stories, and toddler negotiations.
